Policies
Introduction
This document outlines Thorn’s policies for services booked online. These policies apply to individuals only, not businesses, and may be updated periodically. Please review them each time you book.
All services advertised by Thorn are delivered by Thomas Harris, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
The following terms and conditions have been designed to be clear and straightforward. They aim to establish a mutual understanding of how we will work together, whether through coaching sessions or document services. If you are uncertain of any element of these policies, please get in touch to discuss them before booking.
While I strive to provide high-quality services, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions, document services, or courses.
